Continuing the series of local martial arts clubs I visited Reigate Martial Arts to get some promotional shots for their different clubs. Reigate Martial Arts offer a wide range of styles and classes, including kickboxing, fitness, kids classes and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which it featured here.
Jiu Jitsu is an incredibly technical and physically demanding sport to take part in, if it something you have thought about trying but were nervous about then I can’t think of anywhere better to start trying than here or at the McKenzie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school featured here
